Here’s what people are saying about the course
Orthopedic Physical Therapist
and Gymnastics Coach
"Absolutely LOVED Dave's new course on Lower Extremity injuries in gymnastics.
This course puts all the recent evidence into one, easy to navigate location. It has all the latest science, but also easy practical techniques to use in the clinic right away.
The return to plyometrics and return to gymnastics sections, which are often times the most difficult phases of rehab, were easy to follow with tons of videos, resources, and step by step explanations.
There is nothing like it that I have found and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who works in gymnastics or with any sport population
Former Level 10
and NCAA Gymnast
"I had 2 ankle surgeries, and Dave's programs made me the strongest and healthiest I've felt in years.
By the age of 15, I had had two ankle surgeries, and also had been diagnosed with a herniated disc.
Every other doctor and physical therapists, pretty much told me my body was "beat up" and to push through it or stop gymnastics.
That wasn't the case with Dave's program. After attending treatment and doing the weekly programs, I felt like the healthiest and strongest self I had been in years.
This lead me to have the most successful years of my career in college because I finally felt good. I'm incredible grateful for working with Dave over the last 7 years!
Sports Physical Therapist
Co-Owner of Champion PT
"I've seen Dave use these exact techniques with 100s of gymnasts - and they work.
It's been great to see so many gymnasts finally get the sport specific evaluation, treatment, and return to sports programs they need when they have lower body injuries.
These science based techniques are easy to use and will no doubt help you be a better clinician.
If you're a provider working in gymnastics sports medicine, you need to take this course."
