I have been very fortunate to travel and talk with many college coaches and elite coaches from around the world consulting about summer training and the year ahead.

Instead of waiting and making this into a long-form podcast with a very thought-out, step-by-step of precisely what you should do, I figured I would just do a quick 15-minute podcast to summarize exactly what I’m sharing with them.
