After years of the SHIFT community asking for them, we have finally put together our ‘best of the best’ Gymnastics PreHab circuits for gymnastics professionals to use in the gym or at home!
Each PDF has 3 circuits (A, B, and C day) that can be printed out into a binder or hung on the wall at a gym, or that can be viewed in digital form using video links and detailed descriptions.
